Since 2020, we’ve been documenting the heart and grit of FitOneFour, a gym built around people, not just progress. What began as a bold brand film and a series of trainer profiles quickly became an ever-evolving story about leadership, consistency, and real human connection.
​
What I love most about brands like FitOneFour is how they lead with heart. From the moment you step into their gym, you feel the connection, energy, and purpose driving everything they do.

When we first met, Ryan (Founder of FitOneFour) already had a strong culture. They weren’t trying to “look bigger”, they wanted to communicate their story with clarity and consistency. Over three years, we partnered on three campaigns to help shape, expand, and systemize that story across every touchpoint.

Here’s how it came together:
Phase 1 – Brand Culture Film
Our first Care Package focused on the trainers, the leadership culture of the brand. Through 14+ interviews and two full production days, we captured their purpose, approach, and shared mission. This included:

A brand story film rooted in the gym’s culture and philosophy.

10+ trainer films showcasing each coach’s values and methods.

Photography support for social, website, and trainer profiles.

Phase 2 – Thought Leadership Microfilms
As FitOneFour’s social media presence grew, they wanted content that deepened relationships and educated their audience. We built a library of 100+ microfilms featuring trainers sharing mindset tips, training principles, and authentic perspectives, fueling ongoing content across social and marketing campaigns.
Phase 3 – Member Experience Campaign
Finally, we turned the lens toward the members. We interviewed 14+ clients to tell the story of community, transformation, and belonging. This campaign included:

A member culture film sharing the FitOneFour experience from the member perspective.

14 client testimonial films designed for social, web, and email use, helping align new leads with the right trainers and culture fit.
Across three years, each project built on the last, creating a full ecosystem of brand storytelling that continues to work for them today.

Beyond production, this collaboration was about alignment and longevity. FitOneFour’s story is now deeply integrated into their systems, helping their message connect authentically online, attract the right members, and scale their vision to new locations.
