JECP changed how
I think about storytelling.
GHOSTWAVE
Music Video Partner (Art-Driven & Essential Care Package)

What I love most about working with artists like Ghostwave is when they’re willing to look beyond a single release and start thinking about the bigger picture. Many artists go into their first project chasing a great visual—Ghostwave came in ready to build a story.

When we first connected, they were preparing to release their debut single, “Colors.” Through our Story Sculpting process, we uncovered deeper themes within their upcoming EP: grief, anger, and acceptance, and used that as the foundation for their creative direction. What started as one music video grew into a multi-layered storytelling system designed to launch their identity with impact and cohesion.

Here’s what we created:
-
Three music videos (Colors, Make It Stop, and Tomorrow) form a connected narrative arc.
-
A cohesive visual language built around color theory, character motifs, and tone.
-
Symbolism around the emblems for additional merchandising opportunities.
-
One visualizer designed to expand the world of the EP and support streaming releases.
-
Micro content and short-form visuals to strengthen social media rollout and engagement.
-
Brand consulting sessions to align visuals, messaging, and long-term release strategy.
Across a year of collaboration, each release built on the last, both creatively and strategically. The result was more than a collection of videos; it was the foundation of their artist brand. From launch to EP completion, Ghostwave grew from zero to over 200K streams and 20K+ listeners and fans across platforms, with every release compounding momentum from the last. We're eager to see them keep growing at this trajectory.

What made this project special was the trust and openness the band brought to the process. They didn’t just want visuals; they wanted to try something different. I admire their bravery when bands can do the easy thing. By combining filmmaking with consulting, we helped them launch their first era with intention and set the stage for every story still to come.
