PROPOSAL EXPIRES

JUNE 23RD

David & Yung Mosh Team,

Our main objective is to craft a 3-part MV campaign to support upcoming release campaigns while establishing a working relationship between Yung Mosh and JECP. As much as we want this music video to be beautiful, we want to earn trust and form a long-term partnership.

Below we have listed a few options to review and tune back into us for scheduling, questions, or concerns. We're eager for you to dig in and review!

CREATIVE

3- PART FILM CREATIVE OVERVIEW

This proposal is focused on a more long-term storytelling focus with YM and starting a new chapter. Rather than erasing what exists I want this campaign to evolve what is already working. From my previous experience, TWIK brought high energy, charisma, and swagger. We believe the biggest missing piece was connective tools beyond the live element and this campaign is designed to think more about how we make the band's performance have more flavor and storytelling with a niche toward metaverse and crypto markets via our conversation.

Typically we would have time to listen and become more familiar with the tracks previous to the proposal process so this will remain more focused on connecting films, strategy, and how we can design the production based on information we have available.

STORY-MAPPING

With these three films, we see a progression and dynamic to follow. All three films should embody similarly or match color theory and be consistent with artwork or themes with existing or created content, making YM feel more immersive. Additionally, we feel the first release should still center the band as the core players, keeping true to the band's energy and fashion, but using lighting/set/animation to elevate this performance. We would like to implement smaller elements of b-roll and imagery that are creating metaphoric and literal connection points/energy transmissions to tie into crypto and VR feelings of people escaping for connection.

In our second film, we would like to dial back the amount the band is in and rely more on the talent and visuals from the previous films foreshadowing to create more of a story and sense of purpose for the band's existence and further this digital, neon, VR world as eye candy for a viewer. We are open to how this film communicates connection as hopeful and optimistic or hopeless and pessimistic. These details can be refined, but the core pieces and whatnot can remain.

The third film can follow a more similar trajectory to the first bookending the films with it back to its roots of YM being people, who play their music well, have heart, and potentially doing some emphasis on set building/unique settings to make this feel like a more next-level performance video, much like you see in better rap/hip-hop artists.

HOW & WHY

This tactical approach is to maximize the budget for actors, and locations, set design, and give YM a $100k campaign for a fraction of that cost, but also batch produce so it's done and can be scheduled and released so the YM team can be proactive vs reactive.

Stylistically we feel we can create our own version of VR since this is so new. We want to borrow from the Tron vibes with vibrant yet dark imagery, create practical and interesting props and make this as much about great lighting as it feels like a unique world YM is creating for their fan base.

Verbal Inspirations: Energetic, Trending fashion, Vibrant/Dark, Metaverse/Crypto, connective.

PROPOSAL ONE | This proposal represents a high-level, well-coordinated, and planned production conducted over a weekend utilizing our partnership at Ohio HD from LED wall to studio and bringing a full team to pair with YM for the three-part music video series all in one shot. Delivered with a full campaign ranging from music videos, teasers, GIFs, stills, BTS, and matching promos to support each release diversely.

PROPOSAL TWO | This proposal still supports three music videos and most of proposal One's deliverables excluding the extra bells and whistles, meaning the team is stripped, the production budget is more simplistic but the heart of YM is still there. This campaign included the 3 music videos, 2 matching teasers, some GIFs,  and stills, but is designed to be more streamlined with a smaller crew, managing fewer deliverables.

PROPOSAL THREE | This proposal only supports a single music video at OHD studio implementing the main studio and LED wall, really to build trust between team YM and JECP. This has less to manage but we want to create a cohesive campaign supporting a strong single.

HOW WE DO,
WHAT WE DO

THE JECP WAY

By being consistent, persistent, and dependable, while treating people as people we will deliver great experiences for both our clients and team,

showcasing JECP as an example of great leadership in creativity, business practices, and community building,

ultimately leading to return customers, great word of mouth,

and earning a positive reputation for

care for our craft, service, and industry.

We work with artists and freelancers who embody these values,

as it ensures forward progress, creative outcomes,

and a culture of learners.

While providing a service has created a business,

in each aspect, we strive to create a personal and human feeling

to make all of this fun and approachable.

Our main goal is for these projects to establish a relationship over a transaction, and if we truly succeed,

we create a transformation in our artists.

Curious

Our leadership embodies "asking why" and embracing the exciting and challenging conversations that drive relationships forward.

Understanding our partner's needs is our foundation. We remain open-minded to ensure people's viewpoints are heard, cultivating the best projects consistently.

honest

There's a lack of accountability, ethics, and gatekeeping within the music industry.

We do honest work with clear intentions; ethics are king in our decision-making.

We believe this leads to personal trust and the healthiest work setting, community, and vulnerability.

supportive

We partner with those who value a focus on growth, sustainability, and proactive momentum.

These efforts make for win-win-win scenarios, celebrating success together. The success of each artist and creative supports the success of the next. We make each play one at a time, realizing the long game takes a group effort by our team and our clients.

OUR RECIPE

Every project takes a similar approach to create success. The biggest factor is staying clear and transparent in communication. Both parties want a project to work smoothly. We aim to reduce stress and answer questions, so we are in the most creative production mindset. Pre-production requires syncing everyone’s schedules, securing gear, locations, and freelancers, as well as preparing wardrobe, MU, and props. We run a tight ship with to-do’s for all parties and that’s how we deliver such consistent projects and experiences for our clients. Our ask is that clients respect the process and help us gather information and confirm along the way.  Let’s make it a win-win scenario.

VISUAL INSPIRATIONS

UNDEROATH

We felt this was a great example showcasing how interesting a project on the LED wall can be with practical effects vs VFX which can become costly to drag a post timeline out. This film is pretty simplistic and doesn't have as much polish as we would create for a true music video, but it still communicates potential.

SPIRITBOX

We wanted to share this film for two reasons. Budget wise this film relies on the band to look fantastic and energetic which is a huge piece of what I know YM can bring to the table. In the three-part series, we feel utilizing practical lighting and letting YM loose to showcase their fashion and energy is exactly what a live fan base can fall in love with. We can practically influence the creative through lighting or potentially pre-created animations via Projector or LED wall.

CLIENT NOTE

We see this as a bridge to finally building a healthy relationship with Yung Mosh + Co. The artists we work with are driven and care for their futures and see JECP as a partner in creative decisions. We want to evolve our artists and give a pro-level treatment in return for trust in the creative process.

We are gifting pre-production and partial post-production costs, leaving only production-related costs untouched as we can't shift industry rates and labor hours. The discounts in each quote are reflected in these areas.

what's next?

review. decide. Sign.

Take some time to look the full proposal over together, ask questions, and on our next call, we can dig into the nitty-gritty. We can decide which option suits you best and draw up the invoice, contract, and other paperwork needed to make it official during this call.

Once we have an agreement, we officially enter pre-production, setting dates, securing locations, props, gear, team, and all the small things in between.

Please let us know if you have any additional questions or concerns. We are eager to build something special for Yung Mosh and hope for one of these sticks!

FEAR CULTURE

"They excel at so many things; it's almost scary.

The amount of planning they put into every project is unmatched.

It's comforting to see how much they care about the project

and how every single detail is thought out well before the shoot date."
