2024 MV PLANS CAMPAIGN
Josh Emerick + Ross Theisen
PROPOSAL EXPIRES: November 30th
WELCOME TO YOUR PROPOSAL
Mike & ENMY Team,
Our journey together has been both exciting and rewarding. Our shared goal has always been to solidify our creative bond, produce exceptional art, and continually elevate the ENMY brand. The results so far have been phenomenal, with each project being a testament to our collaborative spirit. Our next venture, "The Ledge," presents an opportunity to push our creative boundaries even further.
Below, we have listed a few options to review, and tune back into us for scheduling, questions, or concerns. We're eager for you to dig in and review!
The core focus is The Ledge, with the big transition and making this a huge debut for the band in 2024. Building off Fake and previous videos, we have a solid foundation to do something bigger for the brand.
At a glance, this is where we land. We have three options for investment, and we want to really look at this campaign not only as an evolution but also as an opportunity to help get ENMY ahead on marketing for the year. The simplest option covers The Ledge by itself at a high-quality approach, as we discussed on the call. As we move into the Signature and Curated packages, we add multiple music videos, and in the Curated, we have a band story film, too. We're swinging hard to make a huge impact on ENMY's image and marketing and elevate together.
Our vision for "The Ledge" can take two distinct paths:
Traditional Production: This involves selecting a captivating location, investing in set design, and ensuring the perfect team to bring it to life.
VFX-Centric: A more futuristic approach, leveraging the capabilities of green screens and Unreal Engine, making for a swift shoot and intensive post-production.
Keywords: Futuristic, levitation, moving, kinetic, Static
Supportive Music Videos/Visualizers
Building on the "Signature" and "Curated" packages, batch-producing multiple videos provides ENMY with an extended runway of engaging content. We can:
Produce a VFX-intensive video, which is time-efficient.
Create two performance-centric videos echoing the style of "Fake."
Alternatively, design a story-driven video reminiscent of "Novocaine," complementing "The Ledge."
Band Story Film
What excites us most is the opportunity to create a "Band Story Film." While music videos are commonplace, we believe in the power of storytelling. This film will allow fans an intimate look into the real lives of ENMY band members, fostering a deeper emotional connection. Drawing inspiration from platforms like Netflix, we envision creating a captivating backdrop for interviews while incorporating live footage and stylized practice sessions to capture the essence of ENMY.
A more curated experience serving a handcrafted set of deliverables to make the most significant impact, save the most long-term dollars, and increase our success rate in storytelling & marketing.
This is our signature set of deliverables, building upon the foundation of our discovery call objectives and digging into supportive content to help this project create more connections.
This is the essentials only, testing the waters with our relationship and delivering only on the core discovery call focus, working as a solid foundational step between parties.
THE CREATIVE BRIEF
LET'S LEARN MORE ABOUT WHAT WE CAN DO FOR YOU
Every conversation we've had points towards a clear direction: positioning ENMY with a distinctive blend of electronic and VFX elements. The band's image has always been at the forefront of our projects, and this evolution, using futuristic set designs or cutting-edge tools like Unreal Engine, can redefine the way fans perceive ENMY.
Moreover, our proposal includes options for a comprehensive marketing strategy and financial planning, ensuring ENMY remains at the forefront, both artistically and in terms of brand engagement.
Our primary challenge lies in refining the creative vision while optimizing time and resources. We must decide whether to concentrate on one high-caliber video or expand into a multi-video campaign. While logistical aspects present hurdles, especially with our proposed January production start and March release timeline, timely planning in December ensures we meet both creative and logistical objectives seamlessly.
We've crafted three distinct options to align with ENMY's vision and budgetary considerations. Each has been meticulously designed to deliver unparalleled value and meet our shared goals.
Our proposals are comprehensive, yet we encourage further dialogue to fine-tune the specifics. Collaboration is key, and we’re eager to ensure the final direction truly captures ENMY's essence.
Cost Efficiency in Complexity
Recognizing the intricate nature of VFX-based projects, we've worked diligently to optimize costs. Though our main campaign aligns with a $120K benchmark, our efficient planning can potentially reduce costs without compromising on creative excellence.
Strengthened Partnership: Committed to fortifying our creative bond, producing top-notch art, and elevating ENMY's brand.
Project Overview: "The Ledge" is poised to be a landmark debut for ENMY in 2024.
Investment Options: Three tailored packages:
Basic: Focused on "The Ledge."
Signature: "The Ledge" + additional music videos.
Curated: Includes all of the above + a unique "Band Story Film."
Creative Direction for 'The Ledge': Options for traditional production or a futuristic, VFX-centric approach.
Enhanced Music Videos: Potential for batch-producing videos, including VFX-intensive and performance-centric videos.
Band Story Film: A deeper dive into ENMY, fostering a stronger emotional connection with fans.
Challenges: Balancing creative vision with logistical aspects; timely planning is paramount.
The Solution: Offers flexibility, encourages collaboration, and ensures value for the proposed budget.
real success for real artist
HOW WE DO WHAT WE DO
THE JECP WAY: EVOLVING ARTISTS
Every project takes a similar approach to create success. The most significant factor is staying clear and transparent in communication. Both parties want a project to work smoothly. We aim to reduce stress and answer questions to have the most creative production mindset.
By being consistent, persistent, and dependable while treating people as people, we will deliver great experiences for both our clients and team, showcasing JECP as an example of great leadership in creativity, business practices, and community building, ultimately leading to return customers, great word of mouth, and earning a positive reputation for care for our craft, service, and industry.
We work with artists and freelancers who embody these values, as it ensures forward progress, creative outcomes, and a culture of learners.
While providing a service has created a business, in each aspect, we strive to create a personal and human feeling to make all of this fun and approachable.
Our main goal is for these projects to establish a relationship over a transaction, and if we truly succeed, we create a transformation in our artists.
Our leadership embodies "asking why" and embracing the exciting and challenging conversations that drive relationships forward.
Understanding our partner's needs is our foundation. We remain open-minded to ensure people's viewpoints are heard, cultivating the best projects consistently.
There's a lack of accountability, ethics, and gatekeeping within the music industry.
We do honest work with clear intentions; ethics are king in our decision-making.
We believe this leads to personal trust and the healthiest work setting, community, and vulnerability.
We partner with those who value a focus on growth, sustainability, and proactive momentum.
These efforts make for win-win-win scenarios, celebrating success together. The success of each artist and creative supports the success of the next. We make each play one at a time, realizing the long game takes a group effort by our team and our clients.
MEET THE TEAM
VFX, Practical Set Design, and Creative Direction
These are a handful of videos we are borrowing inspiration from with this campaign and to show how we can go VFX-driven or set design and practical and still make something futuristic and on-brand for ENMY. From cinematography to color and talent, we think these are all great examples of where we would like to take 'The Ledge'.
The Band Story
Think mini-doc, but we get to the heart of why this band is around, the experience and aspirations you guys have and to get a bit vulnerable a human about how important this project has been to you. Sharing mainly the Denihilist film here but also tagging in a few others that are emotionally powerful. The idea here is to make something a bit more evergreen and not just promote an album, but create a legacy piece for what this band stands for.

"They excel at so many things; it's almost scary.
The amount of planning they put into every project is unmatched.
It's comforting to see how much they care about the project
and how every single detail is thought out well before the shoot date."
